05Dec2017 1900: A Beacon of the Hope
Wasn't that a fun little experiment? I clocked in at 20670 words for November, not even half of the NaNoWriMo goal, but my core obsession with seeing numbers go up kept me moving a little bit every day. I'm going to keep plugging away, hopefully putting up a chapter a week. This will probably impact "normal" posts but it's the holiday season anyway. Communication is spotty and soused. What did I learn in November?
- My largest chunks of writing came from being locked in a car for eight hours to Milwaukee and back. No surprise there.
- Writing at home is impossible with any TV, podcasts, or even music. Only one screen is allowed and it must be a fullscreen document.
- Document editors are still clown shoes at exporting HTML. Cleaning up the redundant FONT tags isn't worth the effort.
We'll check back in like three months and see if I bothered to finish this project.
